8 killed, 3 injured in road accident near Janghara Sehwan

Eight members of a family were killed when a car fell into a ravine near Sehwan Sharif.

DADU: A road accident took place near Janghara-Sehwan road when wagon was struck in under construction Bridge of village Sakhro on late Friday night caused eight people died and three injured and were buried in local grave yard of Sehwan Sharif town on Saturday.

All deceased and injured were brought to a taluka hospital Sehwan Sharif. Names of deceased were identified as:  Jiji Mahfooz Shah 20 years old granddaughter of Sajadeh Nasheen of Hazrat Qalandar Lal Shahbaz, Syed Murad Ali Shah, Sabiha Khaskheli 16 years old,  Tabasam Khaskheli 6 years old,  Zain Khaskheli  2 years old,  Daman Ali Khaskheli  14 years old children of Naeem Khaskheli, Tooba Shaikh 17 years old.  Rida Khaskheli 13 years old and Uzra Khaskheli 12 years old daughters of Aijaz Khaskheli. The names of injured identified as Mohsin Shah, Naz Bibi, and Koot Bibi.

Medical Superintendent Sehwan Dr Moeen said that of injured were referred to a Hyderabad hospital as their health condition was critical.

Syed Murad Ali Shah told The Lahore Times that all persons were going to Jhangara town from Sehwan town to attend mourning procession on eve of Mohram Ul Haram, this tragic incident happened with them and eight were died on spot and three were injured.

DPO Jamshoro farukh Bashir said that Wagon was speedy and it was collided with a under construction bridge in darkness of night as a result of which eight residents of Sehwan town had died and three injured. He said that Sehwan police impounded Damaged Wagon and started investigation.
