Photographic exhibition on IHK opened at RAC
RAWALPINDI, Feb 03 (INP): To show solidarity with innocent Kashmiris, a photographic exhibition under the auspices of Rawalpindi Arts Council depicting the atrocities of the Indian Forces on the innocent people of occupied Kashmir was put on display here on Wednesday.
Muhammad Hanif Abbasi, Chairman Rawalpindi Metro Bus Service accompanied by Naheed Manzoor, Chairman Jinnah Iqbal Fikri Forum Rana Abdul Baqi, Convener Hurriat Conference Ghulam Muhammad Safi and Resident Director RAC Waqar Ahmed inaugurated the exhibition.
More than 150 photographs were showcased in the exhibition which highlighted the violation of the human rights by the Indian forces.
Addressing at the occasion, Muhammad Hanif Abbasi said that Prime Minister raised Kashmir issue on every forum which is appreciable. He said that the series of the atrocities of the Indian forces on the innocent people of Jammu & Kashmir is the violation of the human rights and is challenge for the international powers claimant of human rights. He said Arts Council is nothing without Naheed Manzoor.
Convener Hurriat Conference Ghulam Muhammad Safi said that Nawaz Sharif government proved encouragement for Kashmiris.
Naheed Manzoor said that United Nation is silent on the issue of this violation and scarifies of martyred of the occupied Kashmiris are demanded of independence.
Resident Director RAC Waqar Ahmed thanked all the honorable guests and said Pakistan will support to Kashmiris till the achievement of their right of self determination. Ghulam Nabi Butt, Haji Muhammad Sultan, Abdul Majeed Mir Nisar Ahmed Mirza of Hurriat Conference and Azmat Ullah Sultan participated in the exhibition.
