Bids foiled to smuggle 32kg heroin abroad, four arrested at Islamabad Airport

ISLAMABAD: The Anti-Narcotic Force (ANF) foiled separate bids to smuggle huge quantity of heroin to foreign countries and arrested four culprits at Islamabad Airport on Sunday.

Force Commander of ANF, Brigadier Ramzan said that on intelligence tips-off regarding drugs smuggling, the ANF during search and scanning apprehended four passengers leaving for Saudi Arabia, Italy and Austria at Benazir Bhutto International with 32kilogram heroin worth 150 million rupees in the international market.

The nabbed culprits included Qasim Ali and Ghulam Ali hailing from Sargodha, Ishfaq of Faisalabad and Sagheer belonging to Sialkot and they were being interrogated.
