Four dead, 25 injured in Punjab and Sindh road accidents
LAHORE: At least four people died and more than two dozen others injured in separate road accidents in various areas of Punjab and Sindh provinces on Thursday.
Police said that an over speeding car got out of control of driver and hit a roadside sign board in main Faisalabad city. Two motorists died in the accident while another was seriously wounded.
At least 17 passengers were injured when a passenger van turned turtle due to reckless
driving in Multan.
SHO Soubho Dero, Faheem Ahmed Farooqi among five policemen was injured in collision between police mobile and oil tanker at National Highway in near Aliabad stop in Nawabshah. The oil tanker driver was arrested.
Two including eight-year-old boy died and two others were injured when two motorcycles while racing collided with each other in Qaziwah area of Ghotki.
