  3. Using your receipt select the house number from the drop-down menu given oh the page. This will be printed on top of the bill. Use the sample image of the receipt given for help.
  4. Select your date of visit from the calendar
  5. Enter the time of visit as well
  6. You will also he asked whether or not you were staying at the Premier Inn when you dined at the pub.
  7. If you are a member of the Bonus Club then enter the 16-digit card number
  8. You will be asked a series of questions regarding the for and service at the pub. Answer the questions candidly and then submit the survey.

    I would like to thank Louise at brewers fayre greenock for being so helpful I was struggling with my voice and she gave me her own throat lozenges and gave me hot water with lemon and honey to see if it would help she went beyond her duty to make me feel better there are not many staff who would do that all the staff in Greenock are more than helpful thank you Louise you made my night xx
