Abhishek Bachchan: No one wants to be an unsuccessful filmmaker?
Taking into consideration that many of Abhishek Bachchan’s films have not been quite successful and made it more than 100 crores, he confidently say’s that one always have to deal with his failures and bad sides in order to move on and get fully motivated for further success and fruit. Abhishek Bachchan last real ease which was way back in January, regardless of the fact that there was heavy promotion, the film was a total flop which was an official remake of a Hollywood crome thriller namely, “The Italian Job.”
“I think you have to deal with it (flops). Thankfully, you carry on working. It is never nice to talk about it…it is never a pleasant experience. Nobody wants to make an unsuccessful film. Everybody works hard to make a film successful,” Abhishek Bachchan said with assurance and furthermore, “As an actor I made a conscious decision that I don’t want any excuses (for films not doing well). I don’t want to say the editor did not edit it properly or this or that person did not do their work properly. I don’t want to point fingers at anybody. I want complete responsibility by saying that I did everything that I could do.”
Abhishek Bachchan was asked if he has got his due as an actor, he replied, “I think I was given too much due. I think people think I am a much better actor than actually I am. I think I have lot more to do and improve. I think people are too kind to me.”
