In his press conference, the Interior Minister Nisar Ali Khan backed down from his adamant stance. He has earlier refused to allow PTI to hold a meeting at the D-Chowk or Sector F 9 of Islamabad. He had warned all the political parties to hold meetings in D-Chowk.
He threatened action against PTI and its leader Imran Khan if they disobeyed orders. Khan was stubborn in his resolve to hold the meeting in the Sector F-9 Today Nisar appeared to have mellowed. He gave PTI permission to the meeting in Sector F-9 on March 24, 2016.
I think Nisar realized his folly and backed down. He appears to be losing grip over his wits.
