MOHMAND AGENCY: The political administration of Mohmand Agency suspended the privileges and incentives of QasimKhel tribe over not fulfilling the collective responsibility clause of the Frontier Crimes Regulation (FCR).
The political administration also imposed a restriction on issuance of computerized national identity card (CNIC), passports of the Qasimkhel tribe of Mohmand tribal region.
Assistant Political Agent Naveed Akbar Khan imposed these restrictions on Qasimkhel tribe in a Jirga held in Ghallanai the main town of Mohmand tribal region.
Khasadar force men, Naveed and Jamal Shah, were killed by militants in KadoKor and BhaiKor areas some weeks ago, and the tribes failed to arrest the miscreants in their respective areas, so their privileges are suspended e.g. monthly allowances, National identity card and passport said by Naveed Akbar to the Jirga.
It should be mentioned here that political administration banned the agriculture land for cultivating and harvesting of the respective tribes.
The law and order situation are unsatisfactory in Mohmand Agency on Tuesday two people injured in IEDs blast. Security forces warned the tribal people in a Jirga to eliminate terrorism in their areas otherwise security forces can start Zarb-e-Azab phase three in Mohmand tribal region.
