KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday sentenced a convict to 21 years in jail in terrorism case and also sent an extortionist to prison for 5 years.
Convict Sajid, belonging to banned outfit, was sentenced to 21 year in jail in several terrorism cases especially for keeping explosives.
Separately, ATC has also sentenced an extortionist Danial Ahmed to 5 years in jail and has also fined him Rs 50,000. The convict was arrested for demanding extortion money worth Rs 50,000 from Ameer Ali.
