Key accused of banned outfit arrested with arms, literature in Islamabad
ISLAMABAD: An important accused of a banned outfit was arrested besides recovery of arms and literature from his possession here on Tuesday.
The police and sensitive agencies personnel conducted joint operation in Jhangi Syedaan locality of the federal capital Islamabad during which a key accused of defunct organization was arrested.
The raiding team recovered two SMG Rifles, 9MM pistol, 11 magazines, 493 bullets, 18 audio cassettes with sectarian speeches and jihadi literature from the possession of the apprehended culprit.
The detainee has been shifted to undisclosed location for further interrogation.
