ISLAMABAD: Motorway Police Team rescued an abductee after exchange of fire and arrested three kidnappers here on Tuesday. The kidnappers were on a private vehicle.
The kidnappers reportedly abducted the person near Kalar Kahar in a private vehicle and moved towards the Federal Capital. The police were informed about the incident. Responding the tip-off the Motorway police chased the car and spotted the suspected the vehicle near Chakri Interchange. After approaching near the vehicle the police tried to stop them.
The suspects tried to escape by opening fire. The police called for immediate backup and after an exchange of fire near Chakri Interchange the police team succeeded in capturing three suspects and recovered the abducted person.
