Pakistan will keep on supporting the integrity and geographical boundary. Pakistan does not support the overthrow of President Bashar Al Asad’s government. Syrian Crisis must be resolved in a peaceful manner. I think this is the right approach and shows the significant change in our foreign policy. It reflects that the government has realized that the tendency to intervene on others’ affairs is hazardous.
Pakistan has right from the beginning of this insurgency & insurgency in Syria to remain neutral and non-partisan.
It seems to be the Saner Policy to follow non-interventionist policy in such a diabolic crisis. It is a positive change & must be appreciated. The world must find a peaceful solution of the Syrian Crisis.
It is a grave human tragedy. Millions of the people have been killed and millions forced to flee from the war torn country. The neighboring countries have refused to take them in. Not all the countries support refugee influx into their countries. They do not want to destabilize their own countries. Foreign Policy must remain vibrant according to the need of the country.
