I would like to thank Louise at brewers fayre greenock for being so helpful I was struggling with my voice and she gave me her own throat lozenges and gave me hot water with lemon and honey to see if it would help she went beyond her duty to make me feel better there are not many staff who would do that all the staff in Greenock are more than helpful thank you Louise you made my night xx
