Securitas provided us with guard for security purpose. The guard did look active and strong but I guess Securitas is taking a lot of work from their guards a they look tired as sleepy always. The guard on the other shift is also very sleepy usually. There is no use if the security is not active and vigilant! Upon asking the guard why he is sleepy he told me that he has other shifts to go too and barely gets time to rest. This is an alarming situation for a security company if the guard is not attentive! We are paying for the services which we are not getting. Truly disappointing!”
