Demo of villagers of Jamshoro against Bhitai Nagar Police for killing a peasant Mustafa Solangi
HYDERABAD, May 07, 2022: Villagers of Saindino Mallah of Jamshoro held a protest demonstration in front of the press club here against Bhitai Nagar police for killing their young man Ghulam Mustafa Solangi.
On this occasion, Obhayo, Jan Muhammad, Allah Bachayo Solangi, and others alleged that on 4 April 2022 police of Bhitai Nagar led by S.H.O Ziad Noonari in civvies arrested Ghulam Mustafa Solangi a peasant who was harvesting wheat crop in his fields near Petaro College and whisked him away. They told the media that 2 days later they found his dead body at a civil hospital.
They alleged that Bhitai Nagar police killed Ghulam Mustafa Solangi in torture. They said he was not involved in any criminal activity and was killed by police without any rhyme and reason. They made an appeal to chief justice Pakistan, Chief Justice Sindh, Chief Minister, IG and DIG, and SSP Hyderabad to take action against Bhitai Nagar police to provide justice to the grieved family.
