ISLAMABAD: Under the directions of Minister Interior & Narcotics Control Ch Nisar Ali Khan, the Directorate General of Immigration & Passports has entered into an arrangement with the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) for collection of passport fee through all its 25 branches in Islamabad with effect from October 1, 2015.
This arrangement will greatly facilitate passport and visa applicants by reducing queues at passport fee counters which will also help in reducing the menace of agents, said the Director General Passports Mr. Usman Akhtar Bajwa.
The same facility shall be extended to whole of the country in a phased manner in the near future, he elaborated.
