Chaudhry Amir expresses grief over sad demise of Mujibur Rehman Shami’s nephew
LAHORE: Chaudhry Amir Idrees, Consulting Editor and Chairman The Lahore Times, has offered namaz-i-janaza of Amir Zia Shami, the nephew of Chief Editor Daily Pakistan Mujibur Rehman Shami at Jamia Mosque Al-Quds, Government Cooperative Housing Society, Peco Road, Township Lahore.
Amir Zia Shami died on Friday night after brief illness in Lahore.
Chaudhry Amir Idrees condoled the death and prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul and patience for the bereaved family to bear the loss.
Amir Zia Shami, 50, died after brief illness in Lahore on Friday night.
He has left behind his widow, two sons and one daughter. He was son of Ziaur Rahman Shami former Chairman Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC).
His namaz-i-janaza offered on Saturday at 5pm at Jamia Mosque Al-Quds, Government Cooperative Housing Society, Peco Road, Township Lahore.
