KARACHI: Bullet riddled body of an official of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) was recovered from a vehicle in Karachi. Interior Minister takes the notice, directs for inquiry.
Director FIA Sindh, Shahid Hayat said that body of FIA official Muhammad Ali was found in a vehicle parked at Lyari Expressway. Official weapons were also found with the body.
He said that the deceased was deployed in immigration at Quaid-e-Azam International Airport, Karachi and investigation into the incident was in progress.
Meanwhile, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan taking the notice of the incident has sought the report from DG FIA besides directing inquiry into the incident.
