Kentucky gang rape

On Sunday in Kentucky, a youngster was not only sexually attacked by a group of 5, left at the scene in critical condition but his rapists filmed the entire ‘act’ using a mobile phone, said police. The incident occurred during a house party at Hopkinsville, some 75 miles northwest of Nashville.

A Christian County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Chris Miller said that the victim, whose identification details were held, is being treated at Clarksville hospital and hospital authorities say he’s improving.

According to the details, five men including two juveniles have been charged with the assault of the 15-year-old, who was left in a critical condition in hospital; after being gang raped by the said three men and two older teenagers at a private gathering in Kentucky. His ‘attackers’ allegedly filmed his assault on a mobile phone, which was later distributed to other mobile phones. The authorities however, do not know if the footage was later distributed online.

Tyler Perry, Dayton Ross Jones and Samuel Miller, 19, 20 and 18 respectively, were charged with ‘serious sexual assault,’ promoting ‘sexual performance’ by a minor and ‘use of a minor’ in a ‘sexual performance’ and are being held on a $1 million (£621,450) each. The other two boys, both 17, have also been accused of assaulting the teenager, said Hopkinsville Christian County Jail adding they’re being processed separately.

Meanwhile, Jones and Miller both further face distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by minor charges, while Perry has been charged with tampering physical evidence.
