Finally the Supreme Court has clamped down the hunting of Houbara Bustard. The State had given free hand to Arab Princes. The desert hunters have misused the privilege granted by license. The Bustard was on the verge of extinction. They hunters were facilitated to ruin the wildlife.
Despite the protests and appeals from the public the government remained unmoved. In our country everything is left to the Judiciary to fix. We appreciate this ban. We cannot allow any foreigner to upset our ecological system.
