LAHORE: The Lahore Electric Supply Company has recovered a little over Rs121.45 million from 936 defaulters during July 2026 as part of its ongoing recovery drive.
According to LESCO, Rs69.73 million was collected from 518 cases involving private running defaulters, while a further Rs51.72 million came from 418 cases tied to disconnected connections.
Kasur Circle topped the recovery table, extracting Rs40.42 million from 243 defaulters. Sheikhupura Circle followed with recoveries of Rs15.38 million, while Northern Circle collected Rs13.23 million in dues from 168 defaulters. The Central, Eastern and Southern circles each crossed the Rs10 million mark. Nankana Circle recovered dues from 42 defaulters and Okara Circle from 46.
The LESCO chief executive said action against defaulters would continue without discrimination in order to meet recovery targets and ensure outstanding dues are collected.
