MUZAFFARABAD: Vice President All Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference, Sardar Jawed Abbasi has said Muslim Conference is bound to revive as most vibrant and people-supported party of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
Commenting on the re joining of hundreds people from Neelabutt and adjoining areas in Muslim Conference by parting ways from other political parties, he said Muslim Conference is the only party that had curved out present AJK under the dynamic leadership of late Mujahidawal Sardar Muhammad Abdul Qayyum Khan and only this party can preserve the honour and dignity of AJK people.
He said that seasonal political parties like Muslim League (N) and PPP cannot survive without backing of their masters in Raiwind and Larkana. “These parties will vanish into thin air once their backers withdraw their support.
While welcoming the new entrants into the fold of the Party, Sardar Jawed Abbasi requested the party leadership to accommodate them in the party by giving them right place. He said party should not ignore those who are standing firm with the party at difficult time.
Sardar Jawed Abbasi also highly appreciated the role of Major (Retd) Sardar Nasarullah Khan for making untiring efforts to strengthen the party at gross root level.
He appealed to the party workers and supporters to make party convention scheduled to be held in next month in Muzaffarabad a success, adding that similar conventions would be held in all over Azad Kashmir and UK as a part of the reorganization of the party.
He further said elaborate arrangements are being made for UK wide visit of the party president, Sardar Attique Ahamed Khan who is expected to visit in the month of November. He said overseas Kashmiris are firmly affiliated with the party with resolve to carry forward the mission of Mujahidawal through all thick and thin.
Earlier, Sardar Jawed Abbasi and other members of Kashmiri community including Sardar Altaf Abbasi, Raja Tanveer and Raja Mubashar Azad called on Sharif of Nottinghamshire, Saghir Rajpoot and exchanged Eid greetings with him. They also discussed with him important issues and problems being faced by the community and assured him full cooperation on behalf of the community.
