KARACHI: An Accountability court on Tuesday indicted as many as six officials in Lyari Expressway corruption case while ordered seizure of moveable and non-moveable properties of fugitive, Faheem Ahmed.
Judge Munawar Sultana held hearing of the corruption reference.
The court charged six criminals nominated in the Lyari Expressway case. Suleman Akhtar, Barkat Rizvi and other criminals were accused of embezzling in at least 212 government plots and as many as 248 cheques.
The court further ordered the authorities to seize properties of fugitive in the case named Faheem Ahmed.
