Driver to be sued for Sophie Monk’s accident

An accident can change a lot of lives. Similarly, if an accident of a model or film star, things can take a completely different route. Sophie Monk’s case is no difference. Being a model and elevating to success, she could not have imagined to be in a wheelchair today. The accident was back in 2009 and now the young model has decided to sue the driver for leaving her in such a condition

Sophie Monk filed the lawsuit in L.A Country superior Court demanding the driver, Delvinder Sing Bains to give $900,000 for the injuries he caused  her when his Ford Explorer collided with the Prius she was riding in. Soon after the accident she was seen on a wheelchair with bandages however now she has began to walk but the injuries are still present internally and will not be fixed overnight and could also be dominant again in the near future.

The model has not clearly and in detailed information mentioned her injuries in the lawsuit filed but states that the accident put her career and work in risk also the time period she missed out on when she was hospitalized and being treated. Medical bills were also quite expensive and are still being piled up for her speedy recovery and treatments which are totaling up to $25,000 separately.
